1. Vehicle preparation. Make sure your vehicle is in good mechanical condition before your visit, well served by the obvious fact checks on fuel, oil, water, electrical systems, tires, lights and indicators. Keep a tire gauge, air pump, tow rope, shovel, traction aids, first aid kit, water, food, fuel and spare parts for all trips.

If you rent a car with 4 wheels, so usually restrictions on when you can drive on the beach as part of your lease, often only 2 hours each side of low tide.
